25  years of industry experience

  • I can honestly say I have been there and done that, with all the scars to prove it.
  • My journey started at the very bottom of the industry in 1992 at Longacres Park, Washington State.
  • Two years later we bought a small farm in Bourbon County Kentucky, Paris Hills Farm, in 1994.
  • Three years later, the first Saturday in May, 1997, we were the proud owners of Silver Charm's dam, Bonnie's Poker.
  • From 1992 to 2010 we bred horses in Washington, California, Kentucky and Florida.
  • I never quit on our horses, if they couldn't run, I always found a new job they could be good at.
  • We sold our farm in 2001, moved to Florida where I managed several different racing partnerships.
  • This industry is full of good people - you just have to know where to look and how to find them.
  • The industry is also full of some bad people - knowing how to avoid or expose them, is a valuable talent.
  • Have the courage to chase your dreams, hire the right people to get you there.
